DC Comic and Warner Bros. TV seem to have conquered the TV networks.

ABC is owned by Disney, they own Marvel, not likely to DC on there.
NBC is running its first season of Constantine this year.
FOX is running the first season of Gotham this year.
CW is owned by Warner and has both Arrow and The Flash.

Now CBS has entered the mix taking the in development Supergirl. There have been many incarnations of the superheroine, the show will follow Kara Zor-El, cousin of Superman. The series is expected to premier for the 2016 fall season.

I would not be surprised to see the show shot in Vancouver, where the same producer shoots Arrow and The Flash.
